On Halloween, residents dressed as Chapulin Colorado proffered candy to trick or treaters. The character portrayed is relatively unknown in America. Halloweeners perhaps thought it was nothing more than a religious cult or performance piece.
The costumes were fashioned by Scout Smith whose unbounded enthusiasm deemed this as a Holloween natural. Scout purchased red tights and fashioned the remaining pieces employing thrift store purchases, exquisite sewing and yellow dye. Kudos to Scout!
